Organic Fruit Smoothie

I wanted to make something that was healthy and easy. I figured what better way than a smoothie that is refreshing and tasty. It is a good way to start the day off or just as a snack. I love fruits and oats so putting them together was a great idea!

  • Simply Balanced Bag of Fruit
  • Handful of Ice
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
  • 1 Banana

Put the oats, fruit, banana, ice and milk all in the blender. Make sure the banana is sliced to make it easier to blend. Chop and blend it up until smooth. Then you are all ready to serve it and have a healthy snack and or breakfast. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
