I wanted to see what all the fuss was about regarding kale so I bought some the other day and decided to make this lovely smoothie with it. The smoothie came out pretty good and I will make it again soon for myself! I had it for breakfast this morning and it was perfect to wake up with. What’s your favorite go to ingredient for food lately? Do you like kale? I want to hear your thoughts!
- 1 Cup of Vanilla Soy Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup of Kale
- 1/4 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt (I prefer Chobani)
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Blender
Add in the milk, blueberries, kale, ice, yogurt, and banana into the blender. I think this soy vanilla milk tastes great. It also makes me feel refreshed whenever I drink it. Chop and mix it up until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy yourself a healthy treat!
