I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite books at the moment. My lovely reads would have to be Psychos, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and The Paris Wife. All of them are easy and fun to get lost in!
Psychos by Babe Walker is a sequel to White Girl Problems and it is hilarious. Nothing can be taken seriously in this book and if you want something interesting to read then this is it. Psychos is perfect for a 20 something dealing with friends, family and life in general. Walker takes us through her adventures around the world with friends, rehab for shopping and so much more.
Breakfast at Tiffany’s by Truman Capote is a classic. I have seen the movie a million times but never read the story until recently. This love story is a great read and I adored learning more about the characters from Truman rather than the film. There’s still a cat, the parties, Holly and Paul Varjak. Although both endings are different from each other, I still enjoyed it very much!
The Paris Wife by Paula McLain is a fictional story about Ernest Hemingway’s life. It was very intriguing and interesting to say the least. McLain creates affairs, several children, wives, and so much more surrounding Ernest’s life. Now I want to pick up a biography of Hemingway and see what he was really like since I only know so much about him.
What are some of your favorite books? Do you have a specific author as your go to? xx
