I have no idea why but I am on a smoothie binge. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing though! I came up with another great recipe that works for any time of the day. I also wanted to change things up and add in peach yogurt instead of just plain Greek yogurt. It adds an extra flavor to it and it tastes delicious. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! What’s your favorite kind of smoothie?
1 Tablespoon of Flaxseeds
1 Peach Fruit Yogurt of Simply Balanced
1 Cup of Ice
Handful of Kale
1/4 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup of Soy Vanilla Milk
Add ingredients into the blender and chop and mix it up until smooth. Pour into a glass and it is ready to serve!
