I love seafood and try to eat it when I get the chance. One of my favorite types of fish is grouper. This recipe is delicious and you’ll be devouring your meal quite quickly once you taste this tropical fish!
All you need to do is use some Old Bay on the grouper or your choice of a blackening seasoning. I also used Sazon Completa on it along with a light breading.
Lastly, sautée the fish in butter. Slice up some limes and put it together with the tartar sauce and you’ll have yourself a great little appetizer!
