Good Mornningggggg! Monday came upon us pretty quickly. I wish it was still the weekend when I was with friends, enjoying a nice glass of wine and watching the NFL playoffs! Man, those games were crazyyyy. Well, before I get anymore off topic, I wanted to share with you a healthy new little obsession I have…it is KEFIR CULTURED MILK.
This little babe is so good with quite a few things. For instance, I made scrambled eggs the other day with some veggie shredded cheese (another favorite of mine) along with some hot sauce because who doesn’t love hot sauce? Anyways, I poured some of the kefir on it and perfection. It was so yummy to have as a topping for my eggs.
