Juicing, Staying Fit & Why I Love it

Good Morning! What better way to start the day with a post about staying healthy! I recently got into trying out different juices, cleanses and eating more clean. At first, it was a bit of a change to work into my daily routine especially with cleansing but it was worth it. Cleansing just feels so great after you complete the process. Your body releases all of it’s toxins and I felt like a new person afterwards. There are so many choices out there for cleansing and it makes it so hard to pick one. The first cleanse I did was from The Balanced Blondea fellow blogger.

Luckily, I have a few shops here that offer juices, cleanses and healthy meals. I love trying different juices with a variety of ingredients from dates to almond milk to kale to just about anything! These little drinks are refreshing and taste pretty good anytime and especially after an intense workout.

In the Tampa area, my go to spots would have to be Squeeze Juice Works, Soho Juice Company, and Fitlife FoodsAll of these stores are great and have plenty of options to choose from. Fitlife Foods is a great business that offers pre-made meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All you have to do is heat it up or consume as is. They’re reasonably priced and if you don’t like to really cook like myself then these meals are perfect for you!
