Hi babes! Happy Thursdayyyy. One more day until the weekend which I’m super excited for since I’ll be having a couple friends in town for gasparilla so that will be tons of fun!
One of my favorite ways to stay fit and healthy is with yoga. Not sure if you’ve ever tried it but it can be relaxing and a great workout that gets you to sweat just a
LITTLE. Some of the poses remind me of dance class since there is so much flexibility involved and keeping good posture. Yoga was hard to keep up with at first but now I love it since I’m starting to get the hang of it!
I first tried a class then I have done a few private lessons which helped a lot since they only focus on you. Luckily, I have a friend who is a certified yoga teacher and a yoga studio not too far from me in Tampa which is Bella Prana.
I’m going to try to start doing yoga at least twice a week along with running to stay active and hopefully accomplish more poses. I’ve only gotten the camel pose down but I’m really aiming for a bridge pose soon!! Let us know what your go to workout is! xx
