Good morning my beautiful followers! I hope you all had a lovely weekend filled with sunshine and football of course. I love to start the morning with a healthy breakfast when I can and I found the perfect recipe for just that. I have been finding some awesome blogs lately that have great recipes to go along with it.
This lovely Acai // blueberry bowl is from Carly Morgan Gross’ site. Super easy to make and very yummy!
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chocolate sun warrior protein or 1 tsp raw cacao
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and top with some toppings.
I used hemp seeds, granola and sliced bananas as toppings on my bowl. Enjoy!
