Good evening!! Hope you all have been enjoying your weekend and your day off tomorrow, yay. Unfortunately, I have to work tomorrow but hopefully it will go by fast and I can enjoy the day too.
If you’ve been following me on Instagram @sweet_southern__, then you know I have been participating in The Skinny Confidential‘s Bombshell Body Plan. I have been loving it! I’ve tried to follow it as much as I can so due to the holidays, I wasn’t able to meal prep and go along with all the exercises as I’ve pleased. This week, I have gotten back into the swing of things…finally so I have been trying to make more recipes and gym it up more.
A favorite recipe of mine from her plan is this lovely little smoothie. Super easy and healthy to make too.
- soy milk
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries or raspberries
Blend it together and enjoy! Refreshing and quite delicious 😉
