Good morning! I love chia pudding and how easy it is to make for breakfast or as a snack. As part of the TSC Bombshell Body Plan, there was a simple little recipe included and I wanted to share it with you all. Super yummy and takes like two minutes to make.

- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 5 tablespoons of chia seeds
- a couple of dashes of cinnamon
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Enjoy it the next day and you just had yourself a nice little healthy snack, meal, whatever ya want to call it!
