I am seriously on a cooking and recipe roll for y’all. I’ve actually never had tofu before until I made this recipe. It was really good too. Well I liked it and everyone has different taste buds so I can’t speak for you!
You’re probably wondering where this recipe is from…why yes it is from the skinny confidential yet again. I am telling you that you should try out the bombshell plan. If you do, you can have access to so many more recipes for yourself too.
The only thing I did differently for this were mixed peppers instead of just red. Hope you like it as much as I did!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup of crumbled tofu
- Handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup of chopped red peppers
- 1/8 cup of chopped onions
- 1/8 cup of vegetarian bacon
- Dashes of paprika
Mix all of the ingredients together on a pan on medium heat and you’re good to enjoy this lovely little meal! Let me know what you think xx
