Good morning and happy humpday! Hope you all have been enjoying your week. I can’t believe it’s almost the weekend and Easter. This year is going by way too fast. Before we know it, it will be Halloween again!
I’ve always enjoyed acai bowls so I decided to make my own this past weekend. They’re so easy to make so why not. Here is what you’ll need.
- 1 packet of frozen acai (can be found in frozen fruit section at grocery store)
- 2 small kiwis
- Bee pollen
- Chia seeds
- 1 tsp of Maca powder
- 1 tsp of collagen
- 1 tsp of plant based vanilla protein powder
- Handful of froze fruit your choice
- 1/4 cup of non dairy milk your choice. I used almond milk
- 1 apple
- Few goji berries
Put frozen acai packet after it is thawed for a bit into blender along with frozen fruit, almond milk, protein powder, maca, goji berries and collagen. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl. Have the apple cubed along with kiwi sliced and then add it to the bowl. Sprinkle bee pollen and chia seeds and you’re set for a delicious snack or breakfast! Let me know what you think. Enjoy!
