Woohoo only one day till Friday and the weekend. So great! This weekend for easter I get to go to Miami to see family so I am happy about that and spending quality time with loved ones. Easter is such a blessed and great time of year.
With everyone being busy entertaining guests and barely having time to spare, I came up with this recipe for y’all to try. It’s a very easy vegetable soup and you should have most of the ingredients at home.
What you’ll need:
- 1 bag of frozen vegetables of your choice
- 1 tsp of rosemary
- 1 tsp of parsley
- 1 box of chicken broth ( I actually used half box since it was more than enough)
- Salt to taste
Have the stove top on medium heat with a large pot. Pour in the broth and the veggies then mix in the veggies until a little more thawed out. Once that is done, add in the parsley, rosemary, & salt. Let it simmer around 20 to 25 minutes. Then it is ready to serve or save for another day.
