It’s Sunday funday y’all! I hope you’ve been enjoying your weekend this far. I apologize in advance that I do not have any pictures for this sweet delicious bread I made. I devoured it too quickly! Oops 😉
Obviously that means it was good and worth it to make for yourself right? Well most ingredients you should have at home so that will be easy to get started with.
- 1 1/2 cups of brown rice flour gluten free
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 cup of guava
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Dash of pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 350. Mix together the flour, salt, soda, powder. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, guava, coconut oil, sugar and extract. After it is mixed well, pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until smooth. Pour batter into greased bread pan with GF cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
