I came up with this little recipe right off the top of my head. I wanted something sweet after dinner the other night and improvised with ingredients in my kitchen. Basically just a smoothie bowl.
What you’ll need:
- 4 pitted dates
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tsp of collagen
- 1 tsp of ashwagandha
- 1/4 cup of organic peanut butter
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 tsps of carob powder
- 1/2 tsp of bulletproof brain octane
Add it all in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with anything you’d like. I left mine plain but you can add bananas or anything really. Let me know how you like it!
