You're As Sweet As Pie

Simple Cookies

Happy Saturday! This post is going to be quick and easy. I recently found a recipe from Jessica Sepel’s blog and wanted to share it with you all. I tweaked a small part of it but they still tasted yummy!

Anyways, they are a 4 ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe. You’re probably wondering how it’s only 4 ingredients and I’ll tell you what… it can be done and it still tastes good. I even had a co worker try it and she agreed!

What you’ll need:

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of warm water
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter ( I had actually used wild friends sunflower but butter)

Preheat the oven to 350. Add the ingredients into a bowl and mix it all together until smooth. You can use an electric mixer or food processor. Scoop onto a greased cookie pan and bake for around 15 to 20 minutes. I took them out at 15 minutes an it worked out lovely. I also greased my pan with avocado oil. And no you don’t taste avocado in your food in case you were wondering.

Let them cool for a few minutes and then they are ready to serve! Enjoy xx

PS sorry for no pictures… I started to eat them too quickly after they were made. Oops!
