Happy Tuesday. To break up the work week, I wanted to share with you a yummy and easy brownie recipe from Addicted To Lovely blog. I had to stop myself from eating it. Ha.
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder or cacao powder and can add 1/4 cup more to get even more chocolate flavor 🙂
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 3 tsp of vanilla
- 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener for low carb / keto
- Optional for gf/df chocolate chips or cacao nibs I topped it off with dark chocolate pieces from a bar
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8×8 pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
Add ingredients into bowl and mix together until smooth. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes and let it cool and enjoy!
Super easy and now I am wanting to snack on them again 😉
