Heyyy loves. I can’t believe Christmas is around the corner like 4 days away. It is insane. I’ll be traveling to Miami to see family so I’m excited about that. If you have any travel plans, be sure to stay safe out there too!
I’ll have a few posts lined up before I am on vacay for a few days. If you follow me on the socials then you know how much I loveee my holiday movies aka hallmark and any other basic movie out there! Something I haven’t been talking about much are the snacks I munch on during that movie time.
Granted, I’m not munching down on something every time I’m watching a movie but it’s hard not to. Especially this time of year lol. So I’m trying to pick some out that won’t be as bad with the calories ya know! Some of my go tos are: Jalapeño Skinny Pop Popcorn, I really like anything with spice. Like if I could add pepper flakes to each meal, I would. But I guess it would taste weird on popcorn but that’s why these are flavored with spice!
Waka Flocka’s Vegan Blueberry Muffins literally so good and I never knew he was a vegan. I’ve made them a lot and I think you would enjoy them too! Other friends have tried this recipe who aren’t vegan and enjoy it. I’m also not a vegan either and still tasty!!
Rachael Good Eat’s Cashew Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet Rachael is a fellow blogger and her recipes are easy and quite tasty. This is also dairy free so a little lighter. It’s so tasty. I’ve made it before for a girls night in with one of my friends too. If you’re worried about cooking in a skillet, it’s really not that bad.
Lastly, Keto Paleo Pancakes don’t tell me you can’t snack on breakfast at night because you totally can!! These are easy and darn good too. The recipe is from Addicted to Lovely blog by Christina Rice. She is actually my nutritionist too and does a great job! I just need to get back in the swing of things of eating right and not all of these holiday foods lately…guilty!! But these pancakes make up for it 😉
I left out my favorite Christmas movies..my bad! What I laugh and cry and think are awesome to watch are:
- Dear Santa
- Home Alone 2
- Eloise at Christmas
- Just Friends
- How the Grinch Stole Christmas
- The OC Chrismukkah episodes!
- When Harry Met Sally… a little bit of a festive movie right!!
What are your favorite snacks and movies?! Would love to hear! xx
