Happy Sunday funday! So glad to have a more laidback weekend. I got to sleep in the other day, attend my friend’s wedding and have dinner with an old friend. I recently made some yummy meatballs and wanted to share the recipe.
My co worker gave me the recipe and I added in a few things myself! It’s super easy and you should have most of the ingredients in your pantry too. Let me know if you make it. I always love feedback 😉
- 1 pound of grass fed ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of mustard, I used German mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs (good handful)
- Garlic salt, I would say 1 tsp
- Tony’s Cajun seasoning
- Nutritional yeast
- BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a pan with cooking spray. I use avocado oil spray and no it doesn’t make your food taste like avocados LOL. Mix together all of ingredients except for beef and bbq sauce. I just guesstimated for seasoning and breadcrumbs. Combine the beef into mix. Then roll them into the balls, put them onto the pan. Bake around 15 mins or so until they’re no longer pink.
Then put the meatballs in the crockpot for a couple hours along with bbq sauce and nutritional yeast sprinkled into it. Let them cool for a few and enjoy!
Have a great Sunday and stay warm xx
