It is Saturday night and I may just stay in and relax. If you’re from Tampa then you know gasparilla is next weekend so I may just rest up for that whole weekend of shenanigans…ha!
If you’ve been following me for awhile, you may remember the blt dip I made for thanksgiving. It’s really easy to make and quite delicious. I’ve made it for several occasions and friends love it. The recipe is from a restaurant in Tallahassee, Madison Social.
I’m keeping this post short and sweet so I can binge Father Brown. I am on the last season so I can’t wait to finish it up! Not sure if it’s the final final season but it’s sooo good.
What you’ll need:
- 1 ounce mayo
- 4 ounce yogurt
- 1 ounce sour cream
- 3 ounces bacon
- 3 ounces spinach
- 3 ounces diced tomatoes
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Then it is ready to serve. Enjoy!
