Hello there and happy Tuesday! I hope you all are having a fabulous week so far. I can’t believe it’s already the end of the month. Time is seriously flying by!
I wanted to catch you all up on some of my favorite things recently. And if you want to add on with some of yours in the comments, I would enjoy reading them.
First thing I am looking forward to is the women’s paleo program I joined starting next Monday. It is with Christina Rice who runs a blog (addicted to lovely), podcasts (straight up paleo and actually adultish) and is a nutritionist. It is for five weeks and I can’t wait to get started. You basically learn the ins and outs of paleo lifestyle and how to transition to it as a woman. Last time I tried paleo, I wasn’t doing it properly so I feel like this would be the way to transition.
Blogging more for YOU. I’m going to schedule out more posts on recipes and fun topics. If there’s anything you want to see more of, let me know.
Exercising more and getting into a routine! This is one thing I’ve been trying to work on but life gets in the way and it can be busy at times. But I am going to a lot time for myself where I shut my phone off and listen to a podcast, audio book or music and take a long walk with my pup or just down time for myself. Scheduling time for the gym and being active is one thing in general that needs to be done. Gotta stay active!
Reading. I have quite a few books on my list to read and I’ve barely gotten to them. It’s always nice to end the day with a good read and dive into another world for a bit. Few that are on my list: Father Brown, Melissa Ambrosini’s books, Bobby Bowden’s book and I love crime so finishing up The Stranger Beside Me. That one is based off Ted Bundy.
Well I’m off to get this day started and prep for gasparilla this weekend. Super excited to be a pirate for a day and celebrate Jose the pirate 😉 arghhh mateys!
