Helloooo. It is the start of another week and we are going into April. Insane. I can not believe another month flew by and Easter is around the corner. We’re staying in town for the first time in awhile. Do y’all have any plans?
I love Easter and getting to spend time with family and friends that are close to me. Ironically, I have a hair apt on Easter so looks like I’ll be getting half the day with my family but that’s still more than enough time for brunch and time spent. One of my friends is also in town who I haven’t seen in awhile so I’m glad we’ll have some gal time together and catch up on life.
None of what I just spoke about has nothing to do with the title of this post so here is the relevance ha. I don’t have any photos but I recently made a tasty ground beef recipe that is easy to make especially if you’re busy during the work week.
It’s literally just few ingredients and made in the crockpot so can’t get easier than that right!
What you’ll need:
- Grass fed ground beef
- Fresh veggies
- Hot sauce
- Paleo bbq sauce
Put veggies and beef into crockpot along with a 1/4 cup of water along with bbq sauce and hot sauce. You can bow out of hot sauce but I just love spicy so I doused it all on. But totally up to you, I thought it mixed well with bbq sauce. I found paleo sauce at Whole Foods so it was a little pricey but worth it. Now I’m almost out of it so looks like I’ll be going to the store soon 😉
Leave it in the crockpot overnight or until cooked depending if you keep it on high or low. I left it overnight then had it next day at work for lunch. Crockpots are so easy and I really like using them because it is one less step of cooking when you’re on a time crunch during the week.
Have a wonderful week babes XX
