Hi friends! Happy Saturday, hope you’re having a great start to your morning so far. I can’t believe we’re in December already. Time is really flying by!
I wanted to share with you a tasty and easy recipe of oat balls I made the other day. If you follow me on Instagram, then you may have already seen it. But here’s the actual recipe and not a fun caption ha.
- 1/2 cup of gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup of smooth almond butter
- Handful of cacao nibs
- Dash of pumpkin pie spice
- Dash of all spice
Mix all of the ingredients together and then roll into balls onto a plate or Tupperware. I put mine in the fridge for a bit then had some when cold. I find they taste better that way but totally up to you at room temp or cool.
See, I told you they were easy to make! All gluten and dairy free too. And they taste good. So if you’re scared off by the being free of everything, don’t be 😉
