Sunday funday Sunday funday! One of my favorite parts about Sunday’s are brunch and mimosas and catching up with gal pals. And one of my favorite dishes happens to be French Toast. I mean you can never go wrong with that am I right?
I made this super delicious and easy French Toast for breakfast for myself and I knew I had to share it with y’all. I’ve been trying my best to post more recipes and have them be for the season. So here you go!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I would make this post longer but my friend from Wisconsin is in town so we’re doing touristy things for the day.
- Udi’s gluten/dairy free bread (or your choice)
- Cinnamon – dash
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- Pumpkin pie spice – dash
- 1/2 cup Califa toffee almond milk creamer
- Grain free pumpkin granola (I got mine from thrive market)
- Pure maple syrup
Mix the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, egg whites, and creamer together. Dip the bread in it and place on pan. Cook until browned.
While the Toast is cooking, can be cooking up the bacon on another pan with some cinnamon dashed on it too.
Once all done, pour some of that tasty pumpkin granola on it, syrup and you’re all set. Enjoy your breakfast, brunch or any meal of the day!
