Happy Monday! I’m in the kitchen cooking up stir fry as Migos would say ha. I made this super easy and tasty recipe the other day and wanted to share it with you all. So here it is!
- Strips of red meatttt
- Coconut aminos
- Olive oil (I used Kasandrinos)
- Red pepper flakes
- Mix of peppers
- Cooking spray (I used avocado cooking spray)
- Spray the cooking spray onto the pan on medium heat, put the strips of meat into pan along with drizzle of coconut aminos, olive oil, peppers and pepper flakes. Make the quinoa in a pot until cooked same with the meat. Eat it while it’s hot and enjoy 😉
