Hey hey! I am going to keep this post short and sweet for today. I recently made a breakfast bowl and wanted to share it with you all.
Here is all you need:
- quinoa (cook on stove top around a cup)
- egg whites
- roasted fire tomatoes
Make the quinoa and egg whites separately and add in the tomatoes with the egg whites and mix it all in the bowl when cooked. Then drizzle the tahini on top as a topping. Super tasty and easy to make!
