Another day, another recipe! Lately, I’ve been on the go which is nothing really new if you know me. I wanted to share a tasty recipe I’ve made before work. Super easy and some things you may have and some you may not. I will keep this blog post short and sweet.
What you’ll need:
- any milk of your choice (I use nut milk)
- 2 scoops of inflammacore (I have this to help my gut in chocolate mint) but feel free to use protein powder or anything of your choice)
- 1 scoop of collagen
- 1 tsp of of happy adaptogen from pretty mushroom
- 1 tsp of bulletproof brain octane oil
Place all ingredients in the blender along with a handful of ice and blend until smooth. Then you are all set! Enjoy 😉
