Oat Cookies 

Okayyyy so if you don’t know by now then you should know I love to bake. And my friend sent me this recipe from her friend and decided to share it because it was easy and pretty good! 

My friend and I made them the other day and it was so worth it. 


  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed 
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 
  • 2 cups oats 
  • 3 tbsps of almond milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/2 cup of raisins or chocolate chips 

I used dairy and gluten free chocolate chips but your choice really! 

Preheat oven to 350. Grease pan and mix all ingredients together. Scoop onto pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes! 

Paleo Keto Pancakes

Good morning and happy Monday! I’ll make this short and sweet. I found a recipe from Addicted to Lovely blog on these easy healthy pancakes. They’re pretty good too! 

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1.5 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop of collagen vital proteins 
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of pink Himalayan salt 
  • coconut oil for skillet

You can mix in whatever toppings. I mixed in raspberries and blueberries so good!!
